The goal of these files are to help aid in meditation as well as empower the user with the abilities to experience various states of consciousness.  It is ideal if the files are used in conjunction with other meditative practices such as mudras, yoga, breathing etc. A decent volume is important for the best effect on the physical body but not too loud as to disrupt the mental state. The files are psychically derived from my own intuition and I have spent around 5 years understanding the best methods for applying this information in audio format.
