Keenan Pulz's brain (commonly stylized as Faded K's brain) is overloaded with dopamine due to the excitement of releasing another sample-laden hiphop instrumental entity. This entity comes in the form of 'F4ded', a 16 track beat tape with full freestyling and listining capabilities and fun for the whole family. The musical experience is made possible through the combined effort of an MPK, record player, lovely records, and Ableton live.  With the 4th beat tape installment ready to be transmitted to the public ear, Faded K finds himself eager for what's to come next.

02 Beautiful Mind

5 YEARS AGO, after Faded's first transformatory exploratory Vipassana meditative experience, he returned to musical emotional expressionism in the beginning stages of what would come to be known as the Coronavirus-19 epidemic to channel his wild contemplative ride into 

5 YEARS LATER (today), after Faded's second transformatory exploratory meditation memoratorium experimental experience, he thought, poetiically, "dude like y tf didnt i realease it at the time like dude wtf y". And then went on to release the song in its pure 2020 form- heard today as it was created with his production, recording, performing and engineering skills at the time- free from the nagging feeling of "o dude i should totally re-mix and remaster it and sht maybe ill re-do that part and re-record that and never ever end up dropping this track" 

This marks the beginning of what will, hopefully, be the sharing of creative acts, free from the never-ending overthinking that plagues many creatives from all walks of art around the world.

FR though, everything is impermanent, the universe changes and therefore it is unwise to becoming too attached to any worldly object or idea. Enjoy the time we have and the things we have and be chill to each other and love each other and may all beings be happy, baby

Letting his loosely selected samples carry most of the songs' grove, Faded K has sunk back into the grooves of his friendly record collection and  the comfortable pads of Lank the Lord's MPD along with a trusty ol' keyboard. 

Slacker is a project that has prevailed through many life trials, trudging through the last 6 months while slowly accumulating tracks. It has been formed as a testament to the beautiful powers of drum pads, cheap vinyl, and progress.

Faded K delivers his 6th beat tape with modesty and I can't think of what else to write. Check it out.

the Sloth is back and a new chapter of history unfolds: the 9th Faded K beat tape has been released to the public ear to forever change not only the meaning of sound, but the very freestyles from which the sound originates. A little over a year older than the previous sloth tape, 'Slacker', this tape proves or disproves the progress made since that fateful period of the past. 

Still Slacking is a collaboration of instrumentals representing the last 4 months of existence- school, friends, collaboration, weather, happiness and sadness. Aided by an MPK49, a crate of samples, headphones, and a microphone, Faded K means to express the beat that lives within him.
Many more tracks have been laced with trap influences, but all are grounded in rare, dusty samples that want nothing more but to sooth your eardrums.
