Movement 1 of 6 from my The Eternal Mix, an electronic symphony.

In Movement 1, the describes the entities personality and movement through space. It comes across Earth, excited at this new discovery, begins an unknown journey through our stratosphere to see human civilisation for the first time. Its in awe and moved by our planet and lands in the sands to begin movement 2.

Melt In The Mezz 23.03.24

Live recording of the set I played for the Lateral Movements launch party at Club Makossa in London. 

I played mostly Afro House and Afro Tech with with a Middle Eastern touch and a Latin twists. High energy overall but also plenty of breakdown and complex build ups. 

Expect a few mistakes here and there, especially toward the end where I got really connected to the crowd and shifted the focus from the decks. Beauty of life performances, hope you enjoy!

Introducing Faded Society aka Cat. The face behind the sound and also leads the team at Faded Society Events, hosting raves across London, free Open Decks events and pioneering the first Back2Back DJ Battle in the UK.

Cat discovered her love for the underground music scene after moving from Melbourne to London back in 2016! She blurs the lines between genres and aims to reshape the dance music landscape. Mixing anything from techno, house, acid, bass, and alternative genres such as donk, rap, and jersey club with accented styles like jazz, funk, and nu disco whilst keeping the high-energy pace to keep you moving on the dance floor (or on the radio)

Her mission is to create an inclusive space where music lovers from all walks of life can come together and let loose, leaving behind the constraints of daily life and surrendering themselves to the power of sound. 

Faded Society Events was founded in 2021 stemmed from the humble house parties. But have now grown to incredible musical spaces that allows the raving community to express and connect with each other.
