Fadingshine, born as Drea Young, holds a creative passion and technical burn for creating music that let’s your mind taste the analog warmth of the past and the spark of today’s digital madness.  As you listen, you will take rides into dark atmospheric sounds, grungy Jag-Stang love, catchy pop formulas, and attitude of good ole rock and roll.

Before releasing music as Fadingshine, Drea Young began paving the musical career path.  Graduation from the Recording Arts program at Full Sail University put Drea in the music scene quickly in New York City.  While in New York, she worked with numerous professionals, absorbed creative and technical knowledge, and obtained two Grammy credits.  

Currently, Drea opened a music business of her own, Nice Rack, LLC.  She began utilizing her audio and technical skills in artistic and creative ways more then ever before, such as engaging in artist's development, songwriting, producing, and engineering.  While Drea guarantees to give artist and clients her full potential, she still finds time for Fadingshine's world of music.
