"Hip-Hop as a genre has experienced an extensive life, giving a chance for artists with a more contemporary or eclectic approach to re-define Hip Hop to what it is known today. What we principally hear today, categorized as Hip Hop, is the artist's interpretation and rendition on his/her idea of Hip Hop" he said. “This is what has fascinated me most about Hip Hop, how it has re-defined, re-developed, and integrated itself into other music genres, giving each artist the opportunity to give his/her own spin to it."
Fadl, 22, born and raised in Dubai, U.A.E. started song writing, music production, and recording at the age of 16. 

"Music started off as a hobby, with a group of friends and then eventually became more than that" he said. 

He bought his first mic at the age of 18 and set up a small recording studio in his home in Dubai. It was not until he started working professionally in a production studio in London, that he began to take music more seriously. 

Since moving to London in 2008, Fadl released his debut mixtape "New Chapter" in 2011 and his debut album "Two.17" is due to be released in the summer of 2012. 

Taking part in various performances from an early age in Dubai and London and working with international artists has given Fadl the experience needed in order to take his music to the next level. 

Fadl is now set to return to his hometown Dubai, continue to work and record new music, and set up his own music production company.
