FÆRIES welcomes syyler for his first album, I’m ok. After releasing multiple EPs and performing under the moniker Lësterr, the french musician and DJ enters a new era with this project, produced by the artist himself as well as Migu (Igor Dubreucq), Tristan Brundler, and Baby Rocket (Leo Elser). Taking his first steps in the realm of electronic music on the family computer as a kid, Syyler quickly developed a unique sonic tapestry, crafting a hybrid of pop melodies and heavy kicks. With I’m ok, the self-defined « sad pop » artist constructs a somber soundscape inhabited by melancholic voices and ethereal productions. From emotional ballads to dark dance anthems, this album reveals the depth of Syyler’s creativity, with features from Olivia Merilahti on Wound and Migu on Night. Wielding his words like a Neo-romantic poet, syyler builds his own angsty, enchanting universe, and takes us along with him.

This month's sign of good luck features a mix by Danish/Montenegrin singer-songwriter Mija Milovic, weaving experiences of living, as a tribute but also as loneliness in beautiful instrumental features and songs that contain whole life stories in themselves.

Mija Milovic has been a central figure in Copenhagen's alternative music scene for several years as a member of projects such as SAV, Kvindebandet, Tidlige Armbånd, SLIM0 and many more. With a background in theater and performance art and an immersion in improvisational music and alternative notation, their approach to songwriting is unorthodox, which is also very much reflected in their music under their own name. In 2020 Mija released the album with shadowfax on my back, followed in 2023 by the masterful still life, released on Escho
