I love how the word 'universe' does not only denote the infinite clusters of heavenly bodies. It could mean the depth of you, or me.

We possess galaxies of thoughts and potentials. We glow with stars of strengths and weaknesses. We let certain mindsets and beliefs orbit our systems. We exude a beauty of chaos and harmony, all at the same time.

No wonder someone can mean the universe to us. They carry it with them. But they don't necessarily have to be everything to us. All of us change and grow. We are drastically imperfect. And yet, how beautiful it is to connect with people. They reveal different perspectives, a myriad of celestial bodies when intimacy is shared.

But what about that one universe holder that chooses to stay. The one that chooses to pursue everyday, to explore great depths and heights vigilantly. The one that waits patiently for the Creator to merge both of your universes together, because he knows well that an 'us' can only be formed by the confirmation of the One who said "let there be light".
