Faithful Beat is a student lead music ensemble at Carthage College that is ran through the Center for Faith and Spirituality. They perform at select Tuesday Chapels, Sunday services, and other Center for Faith and Spirituality special events. Faithful Beat is a “Faith Band” that focuses on Christian Rock music, but also does other types of music as well. The group is under the direction of the Center for Faith and Spirituality’s Music Coordinator, or by an appointed director by the Music Coordinator or Campus Pastor. 

This year the ensemble is under the direction of Andrew Rewerts. There is no performance based audition to join this ensemble, just a short questionnaire. Anyone that sings or plays an instrument and wants to have a great time is welcome to join.
