Fakaui started two years ago as a power trio consisting of Canandaigua musicians Hakeem Dodley,Richie Colf and Chris Colf. together they would go on to play many shows over the next year. During that year Danny Murphy would join on keys and the Colf cousins would depart to other projects that led the way for Anson to join on bass,Shae Ebner on drums and Sage as the lead guitar player. We aim to take listeners to new sonic landscapes thru the combination of lush textures,funky grooves and whatever else we feel like doing. we hope you enjoy our new album coming in 2017!
