Seminal UK label M​TA Records announce the launch of a new quarterly EP series to promote the very best in emerging talent.

Established in 2009 by C​hase & Status,​ MTA prides itself on achieving the highest levels of success whilst enabling their artists to fully realise their vision. For the past five years MTA Records have released some of the most important records in dance music from artists including N​ero, ​B​en Pearce, ​R​edlight, ​Kove a​nd Dimension.​ Having firmly established themselves as one of the most influential labels in electronic music, MTA now look to shine a light on artists whose music they feel deserves an audience.

To kick off the first instalment in the series, MTA will be releasing the Summer EP as a free download. Each compilation will be made up of a variety of tracks representing MTA’s commitment to exceptional music, regardless of genre.

Over the past five years, Brighton-based producer Lorca has racked up a smart, unique, and club-ready discography with an air of compositional awareness which set him apart from his many UK counterparts. Having previously released through labels such as Seb Wildblood's Church and 2020 Midnight Visions, Lorca's hit his third outing on Breach's Naked Naked imprint with Creta Kano EP this past December.

In the wake of the destruction caused by Proxy's mammoth double-album debut, MUSIC FROM THE EASTBLOCK JUNGLES, the Russian demiurge returns to scour the ruins for survivors with a cluster of B-side bunker-bangers. These tracks will be hauntingly familiar to the ruined cortexes of anyone who's ever lived through Proxy's live show, grantng fans their longtime wish of owning and coming to terms with the source of their neural trauma in digital form.

"What strikes small men as excess to me seems necessary. To crush them was not enough. I saw I needed to extinguish all hope," says Proxy, as he continues his onslaught of live dates around the world. "My challengers had already fallen. Now they have been erased."
