A single father with money problems fights through everyday life and strives for happiness and freedom .

In the film, he lives in poverty , thus has to struggle to feed himself and his family . He is desperate . ( until 2:12 min ) .
In the film he is applying as an investment banker and so tried to get a foothold . He tried everything what is in his power. However, the fate draws him down repeatedly in everyday life , because nothing like fold correctly (piano from 2:12 min and the strings symbolize the "happiness " , the " striving " and how it cheers him again ) .

From 3:13 min he is on the home stretch and the strings were able to convince the piano in the end . Finally, Chris solves the final exam in the Investment Bank and is permanent. The hard and strong work will have paid off - just as it promises the " American Dream " .

That was the idea behind it .

Ein allein erziehender Vater mit Geldproblemen kämpft sich durch den Alltag des Lebens und strebt nach Glück und Freiheit. 
Vielleicht kennen welche den Film "Das Streben nach Glück" (Will & Jaden Smith). 
In dem Film lebt er in Armut, hat damit zu kämpfen sich und seine Familie zu ernähren. Er ist verzweifelt, in einer mißligen Lage, weiß aber, dass das nicht so weitergehen kann und das er mehr kann (bis 2:12 min). 
In dem Film bewirbt er sich als Investmentbänker und probiert so Fuß zu fassen. Er probiert alles was in seiner Macht liegt. Allerdings zieht ihn das Schicksal immer wieder runter im Alltag, weil nichts richtig klappen mag (Klavier ab 2:12 min und die Streicher symbolisieren das "Glück", das "Streben danach" und wie es ihn immer wieder aufrackert). 
Ab 3:13 min befindet er sich auf der Zielgeraden und die Streicher konnten das Klavier letzten endes überzeugen. Schließlich besteht Chris die Abschlussprüfung in der Investmentbank und wird fest angestellt. Die harte Arbeit und sein starker Wille haben sich ausgezahlt – ganz so, wie es der „American Dream“ verspricht. 
Das war die Idee dahinter.

As a young German composer I began to create my own melodies by the age of six. To date, I have released three albums, composed scores for a number of productions and had several performances with the piano.
Before cultivating my interest and fall in love with composition, I performed on different stages with the piano - mostly for non-profit organizations.
When I discovered the piano for myself, I took six years of study with the diploma music teacher A. May (graduate of the Liszt School of Music in Weimar).
Since 2014 I collect profound experiences as a composer for film music, production music for professionals in film,
television, radio, advertising and as a performer on stage. Very soon I found my own style for orchestration and the love for diverse instruments, such as guitar, accordion and finally piano.
By following the spirit of great film composers, I always searches for new sound experiences and impressions, exploring
both classical and modern methods.
Melodies rise out of great sound environments and impress with new discovered sounds, which create an atmosphere of its own.
Every track I've created is my own work. In this, expressions, depth, emotion and elegance are elements, which seems to grow with every new composition.
I released my debut solo album "Live" on August 8th, 2016. In 2017, I began to work with the Westwood sisters - Annette and Emma Westwood. The movie "Whoever you are..." took home many awards including Gold Award Best Original Score on the Independent Shorts Awards in Los Angeles.

 

Motivated by my dream - to write music for a great movie, I compose with all my heart and full of passion.
