Working on a song for a songwriting course I'm taking over on FutureLearn. I based it around the lyrics, but I haven't recorded them yet (I can't really sing anyways LOL) so yeah it's just drums and guitar right now.

My Town (Songwriting Course WiP)

A random idea I came up with and am pretty proud of: making musical themes for my personas! This is the first one, and it's my main persona's theme (Falcon Jayhawk). I actually wrote the song first, and then thought it seemed to work well for Falcon's vibe, so I made it his theme. The EP of their themes is Themesauce (another random idea).

Falcon's Theme (Instrumental)

The second of my persona's themes for the Themesauce EP! This one is for my evil character, Bloodhawk. I wanted it to be heavy and angry, so drop-d tuning and heavy gain it is!

The third song for the Themesauce EP! This one is for my sadness persona, Soggy, and I'm not as proud of this one, cause the  type of music I tried to write with this one is not my forte. But it adds some variety to the EP, so here it is!

Soggy's Theme (Instrumental)

The fourth and last song on the Themesauce EP! This one is for Sparrow Jayhawk, Falcon's younger brother. He is wholesome and happy so I wanted the song to reflect that. He can also get a bit... hyper... as evidenced by the bridge section in the song.

This is a collaboration with my sister, Sisterror. It is also my first fully finished live-recorded song! (Aside from the keyboard and bass, which are digital).

TWISTED FATES (Halloween Song)

The first single I'm releasing for my upcoming album! The album, of which this song is the title track, I am hoping to finish and publish around July-August, or end of the year at the latest.
I've spent a lot of time working up to this point, getting the gear and practice I need to properly record and produce music. I hope someone enjoys it! XD

I've been experimenting with digital synthesizers, trying to find the sound that fits my music the best, and I think I'm getting close! I made this song as background music for my speedpaint/speeddrawing videos on my main YouTube channel, Falcon Jayhawk: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCzFU...

I used digital drums in this one, because I felt like that sound fit this song a little better than live drums. The guitar is recorded direct and run through Ampire.

What's this? A song without drums or guitar?? That's right!
Decided that, now that I have a MIDI controller, better software, and more experience than I did when I originally made the music in the Themesauce EP, that I would start remaking the songs from it! Here's a remake of Soggy's Theme, because I really wanted to experiment with digital synths and try making much more mellow, chill music than I usually do (and I really didn't like the old version XD).
