I wrote this song about a decade ago. This is the raw, uncut, acoustic version. Just me and my guitar and a microphone. No editing and no mixing. No covering up any errors. Just a live track of me and the guitar in a basement in front of a mic. That is it. It is called "Forever You and Me". I guess it has a soft rock/country feel to it. It is very mellow. Imagine being left alone as a wild horse to do what you wanted rather than serving man and having your spirit bent to his will. Rather than being a regulated object of transportation, war, means of killing other animals, being raced to death. 

Can we declare ourselves unbroken by humans, any of us? Not broken by observing other's patterns, not letting them ride you. 

Go through the holes in the feces by the side of the highway. That's where the world is. Sleep there, and look at the stars. 

One stem in this instrumental piece is SA's continual playing of a creative, unexpected variety of acoustic percussion and other instruments in highly unusual ways. 

For a good while, the wind and rhythm are done at the same time, such as blowing the silver flute while using it as a striking instrument against the cymbal or stack of drums such as a snare laid on top of a cajon.  

The other stem is her synth added later. There are only two tracks for the entire piece.
