Andriy Kostyukov aka Andriy K. @_andriy_k___ is a Kyiv-born and Prague-based producer and DJ. Andriy skillfully combines experimental club music and deep listening downtempo. His exclusive works could be heard at many leading events in Ukraine and Europe. For his debut on Mutant as part of @scenecityeu residency, Andriy delivers a sonic demonstration of mutated frequencies and rhythms of the fall. He included in this mix soulmates that inspire him and talented Ukrainian producers who are pushing the boundaries of the actual European club sound.

We're glad to share a second episode of False Awakenings Loops with Umresh. Here you'll get an arthouse in the world of mixes. It could easily be the soundtrack to Safdie brothers movie or something similar. 

False Awakenings Loops show aims to create a series of audio narrative essays focused on topics like love, dreams, sleep, life, and death. Each track in the compilation serves as its own story or chapter, contributing to the overall narrative. Through the art of mixing, the music itself becomes a language, conveying complex themes and emotions.

The author of the show, Umresh is a multi-genre DJ originally from Siberia, who has primarily showcased her talents in Prague and Berlin. Her DJ sets and mixes feature music that has had a profound emotional and intellectual impact on her, both in the past and present.

His high-energy live sets weave together techno, acid, electro, house, synth-wave and jakbeat styles, while his recordings range from acid electro and jackin techno to stomping house and ambient synth improvisations.

This mix is mainly a reflection of what Emil would play in a club recently, straight forward narrative of deconstructed bass, contemporary dub techno, bleep and some dubby songs and airy ambient for intro and outro.
