Barabbas poem

Lyrics:

You did not listen to the serpent, but my mother sinned and heard her advice.
You did not eat of the fruit but my mother plucked and ate shamelessly.
You are holy, pure whereas I am overcome by evil and went astray.
You are high in heaven however, I am a son of the earth, from its dirt.
So why are you crucified here, and I, the sinner, wander freely? 
A wisdom, O Lord, I don’t understand 
And a kindness that exceeds comprehension
