Espacio Cielo is proud to announce the debut of French artist Did Virgo with his first release on our label: the No Chance EP. With a dark and minimalist sound, this EP showcases Did Virgo's ability to craft immersive atmospheres that captivate the listener.

The EP opens with the original cut No Chance, a haunting, minimal-driven track brimming with tension and mood. The remix by label head Parissior breathes new life into the track, adding depth and intensity, while staying true to the dark aesthetic of the original.

On the flip side, I Want You Do reveals another facet of Did Virgo's sound - more dance-oriented but still rooted in shadowy minimalism. The remix by Silicodisco & Temaki pushes this further, channeling it into a futuristic, cosmic Italo-disco territory: ethereal synths, driving rhythms, and a resonant atmosphere that speaks of late-night dancefloors in far-off galaxies.

Bobby Nourmand closes out the year with a return to Spectrum, following February's blistering single 'BURN'. His new release, T-99, sees the LA producer open up his creative process to a pair of kindred spirits: Berlin duo Local Suicide.

What began as an off-the-cuff studio sketch - track number 99 - soon morphed into something far more formidable. 'T-99' channels a stark, near-future atmosphere, driven by Local Suicide's Dina Summer and her icy cold-wave, post-punk vocal presence. Nourmand's shadowy techno pulse underpins the track, giving shape to a world teetering on the edge of an AI-ruled spiral.

To counterbalance the trio's brooding vision, they turned to their own 'John Connor': Mexican producer and Duro label head Theus Mago. His rework preserves the original's cinematic tension and post-punk bite, but injects a jolt of unexpected momentum, an insistent, and undeniable body-locking groove.

'T-99' lands as a sharp and imaginative collaboration, and a striking final chapter to Nourmand's year on Spectrum.

Miditrip proudly presents ‘The Substance’ EP courtesy of Günce Aci, showcasing the Istanbul based producer and DJ’s more raw, rave and hard house leaning style across three original cuts.
In recent years Günce Acı has become a figurehead in the Istanbul scene and beyond, racking up releases on esteemed imprints such as the Curses helmed Ombra INTL, Jennifer Cardini launches and Noura Labbani’s Dischi Autunno, Eskimo Recordings and Silicone Soul’s legendary Darkroom Dubs, a striking sign of Aci’s ability to craft powerful compositions primed for underground dance floors across the globe.
Title-track ‘The Substance’ leads the way and sees Günce laying down twitchy acid-tinged bass stabs, gritty rave stabs, and tension building synth work alongside hypnotic, bubbling atmospherics tones and an amalgamation of intertwined spoken word vocal lines.
‘Too Loug To Think’ follows next and steers the EP into a full 90’s rave-tinged direction courtesy of choppy bass stabs, trancey staccato synth lines and bubbling arpeggios alongside a raw, crunchy rhythm section. The aptly titled ‘Last Dance’ then concludes the EP, an anthemic end of night jam employing emotive stab sequences, oscillating resonant synth flutters, crisp drums and an ever evolving dynamism throughout.

Micropacer steps in with an edit of Kiki Dee’s Another Day Comes and reworks it with a precise, forward leaning groove, preserving its soul while pulling it gently into the now. Nostalgia is present, but never fixed. Familiar elements are reframed through a modern lens, sounding remembered and new at the same time.

Originally from the outskirts of Berlin, Micropacer grew up close to the city’s formative club culture, shaped by spaces like Tresor, WMF and Ostgut, and by defining nights such as No Ufos by Woody and DJ Hell. That history lives in his work as texture rather than reference.

His productions move fluidly between Indie Dance, EBM, Disco, Italo and House, guided by emotive chords, arpeggios and melodic synth work that balances warmth and tension. Since his first releases in 2019, his music has appeared on labels including Exploited Rec., AEON Audio, Ritmo Fatale and the New York based Melodize imprint.

This edit feels made for the turn of the year. Past forward, quietly optimistic, and released in the true Christmas spirit. Free to download, meant to be shared, and always about supporting the artists shaping what comes next.

Influences and inspirations come from far and wide. Sometimes they can be household names or pioneers. Other times, they can be lesser-known outfits; less known, but no less influential. Futuro belong to the latter category for Italo Moderni.

Javier and Raúl are two Spanish synthesizer sorcerers who are steeped in the traditions of italo disco and the analogue sounds of the 1980s. While Italo Moderni was still in its infancy, Futuro were a shining light with a young upstart by the name of Adrian Marth even making videos for their tracks. From these beginnings, a mutual respect and friendship developed. Now, the circle is complete with the six tracks making their way onto Accidenti; an EP that marks Futuro’s debut on Italo Moderni.

The collection showcases the breadth of Futuro’s sound. With all instrumentation played through classic analogue machines, the six works journey through neon-streaked city nights, deep uncharted jungle and sun-kissed beaches. Drawing on the music of Rimini, silver screen soundtracks and arcade innocence, this is an EP that remembers and reimagines the 1980s. Intent is immediately set, with the tense and textured “L’assalto” delivering movie score synth stabs alongside crisp percussion. “Matador” is pure elegance, panpipe playfulness countered by glacial refrains and shimmering key shifts. “Iguazu” transports the listener to the wildlife and wilderness of the Amazon; cascading chords glisten as the canopy sings. Futuro takes to the skies with the sonorous swoops of “Il sogno dell’aviatore” before the lovelorn landing of “Fantasma d’amore”, a sumptuous synthesizer serenade of unrequited romance. To close, we’re firmly on the ground for “Sotto le stelle.” Under these sparkling stars, glimmering notes glow with warmth in a finale fitting for such an EP.

And, it is fitting to finally have Futuro on Italo Moderni. A group that has inspired and will continue to do so well into the future. An accidental discovery, mutual respect and a partnership rooted in a love of synthesizers has brought Accidenti into being.
