On this episode of the podcast we talk about what regret is, and how burdensome it can be to carry the regret of actions already taken. 

We talk about the ways in which we both deal with the regret of our actions from our own perspectives and also talk about how we advise our listeners to deal with their own regrets. We encourage that you should be able to forgive yourself in order to move on and away from the regrets. 

Finally there is a word of encouragement for those who were petrified about the whole pandemic, circa the easing of the lockdowns around the world.

In this episode, we define what relationships are, the hierarchy of relationships and the which relationships are more important than the last. 
We then discuss the reasons why secretes are necessary to the relationship, and when it is important NOT to share and when to share the secrets in a relationship.
Going forward we discuss the problems that come with having a relationship with someone who is a chatterbox or an oversharerer of private information. How to live with it and how not to keep secrets from them if they are really important to you

In this Episode of the podcast we take a look at oppression and the oppression happening in the world right now. We talk about how those who are in a position of power oppress others. We speak on the George Floyd case and how that those who are silent, or on the fence about these things are inadvertently siding with the oppressor.

We speak about the principle of generalisation and we talk about how white people who aren't racists, men who aren't trash and politicians who aren't corrupt are part of the exception and do not fall within the general rule.

We speak on the oppression happening in this country from the macro level, the politicians oppressing their citizens to the micro level, citizens oppressing their staff or other people who are in a less privileged position than they are. What's your take? Let us know!
