anelly is an Italian singer-songwriter based in Paris. Her music has a very personal, emotional style, with influences from jazz, pop, world and Italian songwriting.

Grown-up with love in the south of Italy, in Puglia, land of sea, sun and contrasts,she gets a Master Degree in Economics and starts a corporate career that, after Japan and Europe, will bring her in Paris, where she has lived for a decade now. One day, after attending a concert in Paris, she feels a “very urgent need to start to learn and play music”. The day after, she goes to the famous music venue of Pigalle in Paris, and she buys her first guitar. She starts to take regular guitar lessons and some months later, to write and compose her own songs.

She is quickly surrounded by young, talented jazz musicians, that touched by her inspiration and original music universe, collaborate to her first album METRO STORIES.
Fanelly sings in English and Italian. Her songs tell us about human beings and their contradictions in today’s society, their failures, their dreams and their masks.

In March 2021, Fanelly has released her first album METRO STORIES, with critical acclaim from the French and Italian press.  It was conceived during her daily commuting in the metro of Paris and where « every song tells a story.
