This is generally a playlist of modern EDM such as dubstep, house, and electro that  emphasize chiptune greatly. (mainly dubstep though). So don't be surprised if you run into a house+chip or electro+chip every once and a long while in here.

This is not technically a cover - we diverged from the original when possible and went out of our way to make sure no melody was actually exactly the same (or Dillon would just be flagged again) - but it obviously is based heavily on the original Demon Slayer music.  

This is the first track worked on by all 3 of us (Waterflame, Denny Schneidemesser, pftq). It started with pftq for the first pass, then Waterflame for a second pass along with drums/guitar for the Climax and First Battle sequence, Denny making the strings and brass come alive in the Defeat and guitar-driven parts of the Climax sequence, and finally pftq doing the final passes and hundreds of iterations to get YouTube to stop thinking it's copyrighted. Big thanks to Dillon himself as well for providing a lot of valuable feedback to improve each draft.

Credits to the original Demon Slayer composers Go Shiina and Yuki Kajiura for the tracks this was based on (the fan animation originally used a splice of Kamado Tanjiro no Uta / 竈門炭治郎のうた and a few others). My Room

After all this time I finally made something new! ... but i guess that is the pattern anyway isn't it

I was trying to make synths i liked with Serum and... i just can't seem to get the right sound with it, no matter what i do. it sounds too clean. it's horrible actually xD i switched back to synth1 and busted this thing out in a couple days. i guess i just like the grunginess of synth1 a bit better.....
