بعدَ موتي وتعفّن جَسدي
ستستمر الحدائق بالإزهار،
البَّحر بالجريان والسمَاء باللمعان،
و ستستمر رقصتُهم،
تماماً كما اليوم،
ويستمر الشتاء والربيع،
والصيف والخريف بالقّدوم على أعتاب بابي.
سوف يسير الآخرون في شهر أبريل
بِمُحاذاة البستان،
حيثُ سرتُ هناك في أوقاتٍ عديدة.
سيكون ثمّة الكثير من غروب الشمس 
البطيء على المُّحيط،
وسيحبُ الآخرون الأمور التي هويتُها،
سيكون الضّيَاء ذاتهُ،
المَرح ذاتهُ،
والحديقة ذاتها التي تَقبعُ قُربَ سريريّ.
وبعض الخُّصل الذهبية التي تَنسلُ مِن الغّابة،
تماماً كما كانت قبلَ أنّ أموت.
