Co-founder of @itsdelayed and @never-late, Hue is a dedicated artist and selector wisely merging experimental, ambient, deep techno sounds. Here some of his words about this mix: "The original idea started as part of an extended set that I play every year at our Delayed Barn getaways. There’s always a joy in having the opportunity to play long hours with no pressure to ‘get’ somewhere in a time frame. For this mix, I recorded it at home in my apartment with a few friends on a Friday night. I tried to capture that moment where things shift into gear as the energy starts to rise and excitement builds for what is to come".

E.M.C. atmospheres - Hue

For the next interpretation of Far Blue, we have Belgium's Kim Kenis who has carefully weaved together a selection of tracks that represents a more clubby perspective of the concept. Recollecting dance moves. The podcast was made so you could move, as the set was recorded on Kim's home setup when she came back from a night out in Amsterdam. The mood was there, the flow as well. 

We are very much looking forward to having Kim and her flow over on the 24th of May for Pintai x Far Blue at Borisov, but for now we'll be enjoying this glimpse of what's to come.

We proudly present to you the 50th Far Blue concept which is created by Tokyo based ambient DJ Chris SSG. We’ve been a fan of Chris’ mixes for quite a while now, so we are more than happy that he took the time to curate this special episode.

‘I sat in the park and watched the sun set. The blues and oranges blend and blur together, the day gently shifts into night. With that experience in mind, I return home and make this mix. The music captures that transitional zone: beats are present, not for dancing but dreaming. The transitions are gentle and simple, allowing for a sense of space and openness. Old and new, the records are joined together by feelings and memories, the past circling back on the present.’

Madloch's Sound Avenue imprint presents the eight installment of it's 'Correlation' series.
