"Whitemane"is about Sally Whitemane, the High Inquisitor of the Scarlet Crusade, yes, from World of Warcraft! We pay homage the dark persona of the antihero, embodying vengeance, power and just plain bad-assery. 
In the lyrics we loosely follow her journey, through here rise and fall, and see how even from the realm of death how she unleashes destruction upon a forsaken world. She commands her legion to stand in the face of terror, radiating the relentless force of their wrath.

With "False Flag" we delve into the existential realm, viewing life as a mere chemical concoction, but also as a problem with no solution. Amidst deceit and division, we try to confront lies and seek absolution through understanding . Through turmoil and revelations, we strive for inner strength and revolution against imposed narratives. The song exposes the fragility of existence and the pursuit of truth amidst chaos.

Starseeker is about overcoming adversity, and a reminder to keep striving to achieve your dreams despite the obstacles you face.

The song has been a favourite in our live set, and we’re beyond excited to finally release it!

Far From Refuge - Starseeker

This single came about originally as an instrumental demo written in 2017. The track features technical guitar work centred around an orchestral backing with all the drive and grit that a metalcore song brings.

Angelic vocal harmonies provided by symphonic metal band Edenveil helped Far From Refuge merge numerous genres to create a sound that is sonically unique and coherent.

Influences such as Architects, Periphery and Deftones were large inspirations in the writing of the song.

Lyrically, the song deals with themes of lost love and regret, from the viewpoint of one who has returned to a home that was left broken, romanticizing the past.

All the instruments and vocals were recorded in house by Far From Refuge.
