negative dont bother reading if this is not your thing. the moment of realisation hits hard when you used to be better and healthier. now you keep ruining opportunities and everything for yourself including people around you. it's so nonsensical. this already sounds so trite and common to people these days but we all have different experiences, perspective and understanding. im also one of them and dealing with this kind of thing and it sucks and it's very lousy. im super foolish person i also dont quite act my age im super dependent on others, i act very childish, I am trying to grow up but dont want to at the same time. i despise these kind of things, what im doing and my mindset. in the end, why do and must i think this way and why does it matter? is it due to me feeling constantly very overwhelmed and alone, but ive still got loved ones who cares about me. that means it's all on you, nobody can help someone who cant help themselves.
