The third and final instalment from the ‘Charmer Remixed’ series features reworks from Darius Syrossian, Emanuel Satie and Shit Robot; more dancefloor gold offered up by the man with the golden mask.

Throughout 2017, the three-part ‘Charmer Remixed’ project has seen tracks from Claptone’s debut album reworked; a collection of remixes which close the curtain on the ‘Charmer’ chapter but leave us all wanting more and anticipating what he has planned for us next.
 
The final EP in the series features three peak-time cuts, including a typically powerful weapon from the UK tech-house luminary Darius Syrossian, a classy remix from hotly-tipped Berlin producer Emanuel Satie and finally a deep and dark interpretation from DFA mainstay Shit Robot.
 
Part 3 concludes a project which has also seen reworks from Justin Martin, Timo Maas, Format:B, Raumakustik  and Superlover.

The positive connections continue as Catz ‘n Dogz update their Music Manifesto with the latest single from their well-received fourth album ‘Friendship’. Originally penned by aforementioned rising Raleigh artist ZenSoFly and her producer-in-crime Maxville, then developed with Catz ‘n Dogz, Zen’s lyrics will resonate deeply with every genuine creative bone in all of our body while the Pets bossmen whip up a jittering, bumpy, horn-poked groove that nods at the old Classic Music sound. The message is clear: make your own wave, be true to what you want to do and don’t put other people’s waves down. Life is too short to feel any other way. 
Life’s too short not to pay attention to these two extraordinary remixes, too. Each one rides its own totally unique wave; long-time compadre Justin Martin touches the crest with his light-footed jack, bubbling bass groove and sudden spasms of glitchy funk while Optimo-fresh Theus Mago continues his remarkable vein of form with an intergalactic sleazy sci-fi funk perspective.
