It felt like it was over, like every step was away from the finish line they never noticed. It felt like no matter where they went, the same thing would happen.

I remember it like it was yesterday. That tune was everywhere; in every car, kitchen window, bedroom, party hall, jukebox and bar mitzvah. It was horrifying. People would dance until their legs would crack into improper shapes and their hips to refuse to support the songs rhythm. It looked infectious, the way the song would spread over a group of people and push them to dance themselves to death. If the bodies didn’t collapse from burnout, they would dance to the next town until the song ran its course again.

And this morning we bring you reports of what we at the station have called a soft pandemic. Reports brought to us recently are showing that the average viewer is exponentially more lonely than they were before. This has baffled in-house scientists as it was previously thought that viewers were doing everything they could to reconnect with whatever they had to in order to feel full or useful. It is now becoming more apparent that these viewers are in fact feeling more lonely than they ever were; even as they watch strangers in the streets pass by and the traffic lights turn off, they are not sure if it will be their tomorrow or if it will matter.

They didn’t stand a chance. It seemed like way less than a fair fight, it must’ve been a thousand of them ready to fight that one guy. We were all ready to watch him die, the next thing we knew he was jumping around and sending those guys flying. It’s like this guy wasn’t human, I wasn’t sure if I should have cheered or tried to call someone stronger to stop him. The only reason I knew he was on our side was because those guys trying to fight him would lose an arm and get right back up. The guy had no choice but to explode like he did.

Our stadium is absolutely buzzing tonight here everybody. I am sure I speak for every fan here when I say that the energy is palpable and I would do anything to any member of my family to see tonight's main event. As each athlete does anything they can to express their god given skills, we can only pray up here in the box for another injury somewhere on the court before the clock runs out!

All Star Game

It felt like no matter where they went, the same thing would happen. As quick as the day began as the best day they could remember, clouds would roll over and everything would go wrong. They would reach a new place and forget the collapse of the last one once the sun came up again. They learned to appreciate the fact that the sun would come up again, but soon they were afraid. They began to fear that their suns were limited, and that their brutal stars that they were trying to escape were inevitable.
