Lewis Williamson is at the stepping off point of a soon-to-be prolific production career, having drawn early support from the likes of Ben UFO , Elena Colombi and Surgeon to name a small few for releases past and forthcoming.

LWS has been working hard the last couple of years crafting a signature sound via his excellent label Matrice Records (https://matricerecordings.bandcamp.com/) and a previous release on Eyeangle Records. Aerosol firmly cements him as a producer to keep two ears and eyes on and each track is a perfect example of his skill on the dials and breadth of creative talent!

Plot 45 w/ Wormun on Voices Radio — 27th January 2023

@gesturesound presents three new tracks exploring contorting, glitched-out breaks on his INTO EP.

Debuting the Gesture alias in 2021 with an appearance on the Scuffed Presents Vol.7 release, the London-based producer immediately showed his unique take on production with ‘Skynet’, which picked up support from Surgeon, Plastician and Mixtress among others.

A 2-tracker on Torre Recordings followed in early 2023, with Gesture flexing the full gamut of his musical influences - with his erratic rhythmic attack and weighty bass honed during his earlier days making breakcore, and a compositional flair brought along by his work as a cellist and film composer.

The ‘INTO’ EP carries on the development of the Gesture sound, with its three tracks united in their frantic breakbeat workout and distinguished by their unconventional use of samples and instrumentation. Stretched vocals, pounding bass, and winding melodies are the name of the game as Gesture puts his stamp over the entire release.

Dublin native Breen pays homage to the city's rave foundations with his new club-focused EP 'Dublin Delight', rambling through hard house, acid and breakbeat rave.

Featured track 'Rave Auld Times' was made using dialogue samples from the renowned 2016 documentary 'Notes On Rave In Dublin' and encompasses the energy of the 90s dance boom in Ireland with a fitting raw and rhythmic breakbeat basement track.

Adrian More is an exciting and enigmatic Producer based in Milwaukee USA. 

Adrian's musical roots span from Chicago House to UK Garage, it wasn't until recently that he decided to explore higher bpm genres which bring a special type of energy to dance floors. 

This particular EP is an ode from Adrian to UK rave culture as he intertwines & combines rhythmic melodies & soulful vocals, all made to emulate that 90's feel.

Chrissy returns to Dansu Discs by way of ’The Other Side’ EP, complete with remix from Manchester based imprint regular Yosh.

The EP opens with it’s title track ’The Other Side’. A heavy dose of nostalgia characterises the record with elements of early hardcore, piano house & breakbeat littered throughout the four and half minute euphoric, peak time trip. Next up from the San Francisco based producer is ’The Only One’. Again Chrissy employs samples and elements of foundational strands of dance music, this time with a more heads down, acid tinged vibe.

Yosh closes out the three tracker by adding a distinctly UK flavour to ’The Other Side’. Watch ya bass bins!
