Orphic-resident Lobster joins us this episode for an hour of driving, groovy and versatile techno. The Den Haag-based DJ's origin story is not unusual - the passionate raver turned DJ - yet it is precisely this time as a dancefloor veteran which has given Lobster an intuition for what makes a great party and what dancers like himself like to hear. With a musical library spanning multiple genres, tempos and decades, Lobster always has the fitting track ready to play out, scouting the dancefloor for the right moment. His keen sense of the crowd has led him to play sets for hungry audiences in venues such as Reaktor and Vault sessions. While he is primarily focused on his DJ career, Lobster has recently also picked up producing and is now busy cooking up fresh heat in the studio.

This man hardly needs an introduction. Jeroen Search embodies a clear and honest interpretation of techno music. Known for his genre defning inimitable sound and energetic performances as well as truly inspirational live-sets, he has always kept himself at the very edge of contemporary techno. Consistently releasing high quality music since the mid- nineties, Jeroen is always right at the sharp end of the techno-spectrum. This can be found in his releases on his own imprint Search, as well as on labels such as Axis, Token, KEY vinyl, and Figure, to name a few. While continually evolving, his music always remains true to that typical Search-sound. In 2021 Jeroen contributed music for a conceptual modern dance project for the famous Pinacoteca Museum in São Paulo, Brasil. He also took part in a theater show working with a choreographer, dancers and an video artist, performing his liveset combined with modern dance and visuals.

The first edition of the Fast Forward Audio Series for this decade, we present to you a special collaborative effort between Viscerale and Adam Askov of Funeral Future, they named the mix "Life is not a Beach". It came about as the result of a close friendship that was formed a year ago.
The tracks featured in the mix were all fixtures at the local club Tuben back in the early ‘00s and have been superbly mixed by Viscerale. It’s a rare glimpse into a sound that preceded our own contributions to the Copenhagen techno.

After moving to Berlin in 2014, Amotik has been steadily building a base in the city that significantly inspired him. Starting in 2015 with a series of EPs on his self-titled imprint, he was soon regularly featured in the Groove Magazine and Resident Advisor monthly charts. Having developed a unique style of hypnotic/atmospheric techno with a relentless raw undertone, his consistency as both a DJ and producer has seen him perform at some of the most exciting clubs and festivals around the globe.
After 10 vinyl releases on his own label (and guest appearances on 47, Bpitch Control, Figure), late 2019 saw Amotik take on the most ambitious release to date – ‘Vistar’ (Hindi for expand/extended). The first full-length double vinyl LP on his label was also accompanied by a debut live tour to end the year.

Groove Magazine’s ‘Essential Albums’ and also earned Mixmag’s ‘Album of the Month’ title.
2020 sees Goethebunker and Amotik team up for ‘Adyant’. A new bi-monthly party at the renowned Essen venue. Adyant (Hindi meaning: ‘Beginning to End’) is a new series where Amotik will have the opportunity to curate and invite guests who have inspired his journey, as well as playing extended sets himself. The club is a long-standing mainstay in Essen, constructed from a former bomb shelter with a powerful function one sound system. The perfect setting to commence the Adyant series.
