This is a link to the audio recording of my homily for Corpus Christi 2024...
     In John 6 Jesus explicitly tells the crowd following Him, "Unless if you eat my flesh and drink my blood, you do not have life within you."  Upon His discourse being completed the crowd abandoned Jesus and only the 12 apostles are left to follow Him.  And so why did the crowd not believe Jesus, when in time Jesus Himself helps humanity's unbelief with the many different Eucharistic miracles to truly believe without doubt.  In the homily today I talk about the Eucharistic miracle of Lanciano and how Jesus preformed the miracle help the priest and the people with their unbelief, I also talk about how Eucharistic Processions, Eucharistic Adoration, and brave Eucharistic centered saints who are witnesses to inspire here and now with our unbelief.  Make no mistake about it, Jesus is truly and always present in the Blessed Sacrament of the altar...Happy Corpus Christi Sunday everyone!   (Pictured here is the host turned flesh in Lanciano)

The Eucharist: Jesus Take Away My Unbelief

This is the homily that I plan to give tonight at 7:00 PM on April 13, 2017 at the Mass of the Last Supper, the beginning of the Easter Vigil.  This will be occurring at St. John's in Rapids City.  While Easter Sunday Masses might be packed, you don't have to worry about not finding a seat in Church at any of the other liturgies of the Easter Triduum.  No security of guards will be dragging you out because we have reached seating capacity in the Church building.  To hear what I plan to say tonight you could listen to this recording of my homily.
