Gymbro is a satirical homage to the classic rave anthem Eat, Sleep, Rave, Repeat, with a twist. To reflect my own struggles on the body image and cacophony of voices telling that you’re not good enough, I created Tiffany and Johnny – two imaginary but very known characters to everyone. Tiffany is impressed by Johnny’s physique, to such extreme that she needs to know his secret. And Johnny, flattered by Tiffany’s sweet-talk, shares his standard gym split – “push, pull, legs, break”, and THAT secret juice that makes his bicepses SO HUGE!
