I think that the vocals overpower all other sounds around this point. Wonderful song, but this part could've been better edited in my opinion.

It sounds like a build up for a really emotional moment in a videogame

How are you doing during this difficult time? I'm doing great, making lots of music and finishing the album (one song left!).
