Born in 1989 in Kosovo - Former Yugoslavia. Fehmiju, started playing the accordion and piano at the age of eight. He majored in violin in Istanbul Fine Arts University State Conservatory setting from the age of 11. He studied composition from an early age and entered the university's composition department in 2007. In 2014, he graduated from musicology at the same university. He worked as a theory lecturer at the same university for two years between 2012 and 2014. In 2015 he moved to Japan where he studied computer music for one year as a research student at Kunitachi College of Music and started a doctorate program at the Sonology Department of the same university in the spring of 2016. 
He attended workshops of musicians such as Domenico Nordio, Flamur Muco, Atilla Aldemir, Edward Sielicki, Jan Risberg, and Gürer Aykal. In 2010, he participated in the World Choir Competition held in China as a member of the chorus representing Turkey and won the gold medal three times. Received the second prize at the 2012 Turkish Ayvalik International Composition Competition. Fehmiju, exhibited at the 2016 Seoul International Computer Music Festival, 2018 New York City Electroacoustic Music Festival and North Macedonia - Ohrid Summer Festival. He Received the first prize at the 2018 Istanbul MIAM Composition Competition. In the spring of 2019, he joined the Sound Data Development Department of KORG Inc. Since December 2019, he has been a member of the bFaaaP (Barrier-free assistant as a pedal for Piano) project. In March 2020, Fehmiju received a PhD in the Computer Music Composition - Sonology Department at Kunitachi College of Music. Fehmiju also continues his further research, performances, and compositions as a freelance artist.
