I don’t want to be an attention seeker but I’m seriously stressed out, I’m 16 It’s hard I’m homeschooled and I can’t get a job I’m stressed of being the therapist to everyone I just wanna be alone and have a break I get anxiety more often music doesn’t even help I like drawing but I can’t think I have homework to do and I’m behind on some. I don’t know what to do my palms get sweaty and it’s hard to breathe sometimes I can’t rest it’s like panic or something? I’m unmotivated and discouraged I helped people up, why won’t anyone help me? Why won’t they notice my distress?
