Phil Harmon aka “Fat Phil” is a Kansas City based Hip-Hop artist and entertainer. His love for music began when he was young and captivated by his father listening to his classic records in the house. From there, Phil began to write poetry and once he was introduced to Hip-Hop, it was all over. He took the moniker of “Fat Phil” from when he used to weigh over 300 pounds; now much slimmer, Phil has a resume that would astonish most. He’s opened up for the likes of Jelly Roll, Paul Wall, Lil Flip, Crooked I, Jehry Robinson, Kutt Calhoun, Bubba Sparx, and more. Establishing himself as a proficient freestyler and performer, Phil has carved a lane all his own. He’s spoken on topics such as: police brutality, his relationship with god, and the struggles he’s endured. Associated with J. Theiss, and Nice Guy Entertainment, Phil has begun working on his first studio album “Better Late Than Never”. Though there is no current release date set, it is expected to drop between the winter of 2025 and spring 2026.
