2016  has  been  quite  a  year  for  Perfecto  Black.  It  has  firmly  rooted  itself  as  one  of  the most   evolving   and   exciting   progressive   labels,   delivering   quality   releases   which continually gain support from the biggest names in the scene. 

For  our  final  release  of  2016  label  A&R  Phil  has  gone  back  to  the  true  roots  of  the Perfecto  Black  sound  and  delivered  a  stunning  track  in  the  form  of  Shapes.  Having experimented with deeper, darker sounds, Shapes is a track that has been made purely for the loyal fans of Perfecto Black. 

The  track  is  synonymous  with  Phil’s  sound.  The  deep,  dark  bassline  drives  the  track, whilst layers of percussion are gradually added, keeping the momentum and pace of the track   evolving.   Delicate   arps   are   introduced   as   the   tune   progresses   towards   the breakdown. The  warm  pad  bass  complements  the  main  riff,  with  the arp  evolving  and rising towards the drop. 

Sticking true to the Black ethos, delivering quality progressive sounds.
