So-Called Artists are two electronic music producers from Lecce, Salento (South of Italy), their names Cristian Carpentieri and Luca Corcella. Their music comes in many different variations from traditional House Music to Techno to Chill Out to Electronica and Breaks but their deviant EDM embodies the spiritual side of timeless dance music.
So-Called Artists live and dj sets are pervaded by psychedelic bridges and mystic incantations; yet they’re also notorious for their flawless display of old school house and techno.

Faust: a Music that is not immoral
is unworthy of being called music at all.

This is moral (?):
A neverending work-in-progress, backstaging everywhere: luxurious recording studios, freshly unwrapped expensive tools, application screenshots with barely started projects. Constantly promoting themselves, the so-called artists punctually forget that aesthetics is not a matter of interfaces. Humans prefer rolling out, not just improving their works.
Independent electronic music, as we know it, doesn't make sense. Just look at the people around you and see nobody is actually pleased in listening, on the contrary, they just celebrate their fake idols. Just dig your gaze beyond appearance to know there is a boundless amount of artists and engineers and record labels definitely unsuitable: they take the money, you take the lies. Art is a roll call many people reply to, without being called to. There are bunches and ringleaders only: it's the environment, that's the way it is. And, sometimes, Nature is not anarchist. Unfortunately.
This is not (?):
Electronic music is sweat, seedy people, promiscuous sex, “black polished chrome”. That is suburban instigation by dance, not a  dull soundtrack for the latest succesful nobody’s catwalk.

We have got much more bloody devices than plans. We have got much more plug-ins than ideas. An imagination rehab would be required. We have to ask all respectable artists an integrity act: training themselves to a blackout.
Digital or Vinyl? It’s a metaphysical question. We rode out the inebriation of ownership, we definitely moved on. We replaced it with the rapture of knowledge.
