COMBINING ALL OF THESE INFLUENCES BECAME THE FOUNDATION OF HIS MOST RECENT ALBUM, GOLD RELEASED ON BRAID RECORDS. WORKING UNDER ANOTHER ALIAS "NULLSTRAHLER" JOHANNES RELEASED A 4 TRACK EP ON MOSAIQUE RECORDS.
2022 WILL SEE XTR HUMAN RELEASING FURTHER EP'S UNDER BOTH ALIASES AND THE START OF A NEW TOUR ACROSS EUROPE AND USA.

@andi80s is a Brooklyn based DJ, producer, and founder of the dark synth and industrial party, @synthicidenyc. She now holds her sixth year residency at Brooklyn’s notorious venue Bossa Nova Civic Club. Her own aesthetic combines her devotion to underground 1980s industrial, EBM, and sleazy synth to create an aggressive and dismal soundscape that is unarguably danceable. With her music she aims to challenge the expectations within the confines of this masculine genre, often focusing on the ideas of revenge and strength through a woman’s perspective. Andi released her first EP on aufnahme + weidergabe last month, called "Corpse To Corpus".

The Forgotten CCXXIII: Andi

We are more than delighted to guest the Colombian producer, Faunes Efe, with his "Filmmaker" project! He has quickly built a cult following amongst those with an affinity for dystopian electronics steeped in an alluring, seductive darkness. From earlier self-released works such as ‘Visceral’, a 10-track full length work modestly described in Efe’s own words as the “First occult-orientated soundtrack from an experimental lost film”, to the 808-shots of ‘Nocturnal’ and later with the grainy, low-fi electro of ‘Wetwork’. Each successive release proves Efe’s capacity to execute productions of magnitude across the electronic spectrum, yielding body moving music from a small arsenal of honed hardware.
Filmmaker’s material derives from an unadulterated exploration of the sonic realms, utilising multiple formats and artistic mediums; documented through a series of original cover artworks and short films created by Efe. In the space of a year since its inception, Efe began touring as a live artist under the Filmmaker project, from his home-base in Medellin, to clubs and spaces throughout the Americas and Europe. 2019 became a defining period for Efe’s musical trajectory, with the release of the acclaimed ‘The Love Market’ LP on Berlin-based Detriti Records and later landing on esteemed UK label, Opal Tapes with his 6-track ‘Unregulated’ EP, followed by the 7-track dark wave masterclass ‘Noir Times’ EP on Valencia-based, HC Records. We are very happy to have him in our podcast series. Turn it up for one of the most prolific Colombian artists that has been silent working in his music not looking to Fit in by the trends and only the music.

@autumns is the solo project of Christian Donaghey, From Derry, Ireland, an outlet for electronic post-punk with a lethal pulse. After a brace of rough demos without preliminary hype, the project emerged fully formed on Karl O’Connor’s (aka Regis) illustrious label Downwards back in 2014, the youngest act in a new vanguard of artists that included the likes of Tropic of Cancer, DVA DAMAS and The KVB.

Preceding releases for Clan Destine Records, iDEAL Recordings and DKA Records have seen the project engaged in a rough trade of transgressive noise, dysfunctional metal dance and DIY punk angst, yet each of these milestones has represented a different proposition. 2016’s ‘A Product of 30 Years of Violence’ saw the project moving into vast glacial spaces after propulsive post-punk discord of 2015’s ‘Das Nichts’. 2017 presented a further progression into Autumns’ journey from his post-punk beginnings to producing some of the tautest and no bullshite electronic music around with the release of his debut album ‘Suffocating Brothers’ on Clan Destine Records. Gaining radio play from selectors like Trevor Jackson, Regis, Debonair and Giant Swan.

His sound is a dark stylish rhythmic EBM-Techno, expessivity of industrial and aggressive energy of punk, which he has brought from his vocalist’s past. Now he also uses his voice a lot, shouting out phrases and words mostly in russian, In addition to synthesizers and drum machines at his live performances. His last releases were at Australian label Up North, and a new one is going to be released at a German label Crave Tapes.
