I come back to this one every once in a while... I just wanted to Tell you thanks so much for this wonderful music. I put this one on Whenever i feel the need to Look deep inside of me and just release all the hold back Emotions which are just gathering Over time. I get instant goosepumps every time, intial sadness that fades into happieness and hope for the future. Stunning work sir. Thanks again.

I wanted to try something special and recorded a very reduced live version of „Ascent“ using just a 120-year-old grand piano, a 30-year-old analog synth and a quite new reverb. Everything was done live in one take, no overdubs - hope you like it!
