Out Of The Blue

A newborn Yogyakarta based four-piece, soon to be releasing an EP. Formed in early 2015, the members of Faux are collegers from Balikpapan who accidentally met in Yogyakarta. In this mid-year, the indie-rock/post-punk unit consisting Teguh Wijaya (vocal & guitar), Hafid Alattas (bass), Aditya Vanko (guitar & vocal) and Yara Widya (drum) started to work on their EP, initially titled "Lioness". Produced and mixed in Aditya Vanko's room, Lioness is a story of urban life portrait: moral decadence, individualistic lifestyle and the sense of alienation in the clamorous, modern city life.
