A simple little original track inspired by Samba and Samba-based EDM-songs (Gregor Salto anyone?). It was fun to look up some videos to get a ideas and a better feeling for the Samba-breaks in the middle!

The last months I was (and am) actually working on something entirely else, but that turned out to be more difficult (and currently less well-sounding) than expected, so I'm not sure if I will ever release it. Might end up on the dead-projects stack, but I haven't given up...yet.

My white whale of 2021...
This track marks an important step for me - my first song with my own vocals. I had to get new equipment and learn a lot about vocal recording and mixing. The guitar as well, but fortunately that was a lot easier. And yes, there is heavy autotune on my voice; I'm not opera-singer-material for sure.

With this song I tried to recreate the melodious melancholy of Avicii, the feeling of fall, of departures and of new horizons

Another song that I did not plan to do, but here we are.

When I started I was going for a Drum&Bass/Rock-hybrid, inspired by Pendulum, but decided to just follow the flow and see where it leads. What it led to was this unholy creature of a mix. I don't even know myself what genre this is...

Suspiria

After releasing a massive amount of 0 tracks in 2023, I had to force myself to get back in shape by doing something easy, a simple remix - more kick, more bass, more loops, but that's essentially it.
The execution turned out to be harder than I had anticipated though - a song without a dynamic tempo is fairly challenging to press in a constant electronic BPM. 
Anyway, here it is, hopefully I will release some more this year.

Rather unplanned untrack I did after after finding the acapella by chance.

The base idea was finished really quick, but I used this track to check out some new mixing & mastering techniques I've learned, so realising it took a bit. Only listened to the original song exactly once so I could rather create my own new song around it instead of just remixing the original.

A final track before the year is over! This time without any vocals - I prefer songs with vocals, but I also wanted to release a completely original track you can download without me getting a copyright-lawsuit

Next release will be in 2021 - I plan to grow as an artist; with more creative song-writing, more experimental sound-designs and better production

2020 was certainly not the best year for all of us, so hopefully next year will have less pandemics, lockdowns and more fun instead! Until then - have a happy christmas and celebrate new-year's as much as possible. Stay healthy and see you next year!
