Moritz Hofbauer returns with a brand new two track single.
After his last release in the summer of this year and in celebration of the label’s ten year anniversary, Mannheim based DJ and producer Moritz Hofbauer unveils his next single. “Information Society” arrives at the end of December together with the second track “Orange.” Anyone who has seen Moritz live will likely recognize both tracks from his sets.
Alongside his solo shows and this year’s Reflections Tour with Boris Brejcha, Moritz has spent countless hours in his new studio. In the meantime he has produced so much music that we can expect an album already in the coming year. His new single “Information Society” offers a first small glimpse of what is to come.

It is time for the final card of the Fckng Serious deck. That means it is time for our joker. Label boss Boris Brejcha himself also contributes his share to this EP. Boris made a Remix of "Black Ice" by Moritz Hofbauer and turned this special song into his distinctive style. "Black Ice" was Moritz's first track on his new label Fckng Serious.

Six Years of Fckng Serious. With six artists under the label for the first time. But what does the number six stand for? Six numbers in the lottery, Six eyes on a dice. It stands for luck! So we roll the dice and reshuffle the game!

For this special anniversary, we are going to release every week a Remix EP. Your favorite tracks, remixed by our artists. So let the games begin!

The fourth remix is made by our queen Ann Clue. This Remix was made under great pressure - time, technical, and mental-wise. She tried to make a fusion between the original song but also make a kind of signature track with the elements she loves. You can notice the bassline and the dreamy way she arranged it. Enjoy this masterpiece!

For his upcoming single, "Time Of My Life," the Mannheim-based artist has enlisted the support of renowned collaborators. Santé and Cherry (UA) have crafted exceptional remixes for "Time Of My Life." Santé, a standout musician, was deeply inspired by the song, resulting in the creation of two distinct remixes. Both remixes were so compelling that we promptly made the decision to release them both. But the excitement doesn't end there! The talented newcomer, Cherry (UA), contributes an additional remix to "Time Of My Life," a track that will undoubtedly find its way into the playlists of numerous clubs, festivals, and open-air events.
The original song features a lovely piano melody accompanied by sweet female vocals during the breakdown. The rhythm is driven by a forward rolling 16th bassline, creating a captivating groove. Playful Kalimba sounds interact with a prominent synth lead, engaging in an answer/response dynamic. Lastly, in a stunning finale, the Kalimba takes over the piano melody, delivering a powerful and memorable conclusion to the track.
We eagerly await the release of Moritz Hofbauer's next single, which will be available worldwide at the end of July. We’re kicking off the new year with a bang!
In November ’24, Boris Brejcha released his electrifying track "Kick It". Soon after, chess talent and techno artist Andrea Botez was inspired to create a remix. With the help of buskuwi (Alice Efe), a darker, more powerful version was born, adding even more depth and punch to the original.
Andrea Botez isn’t just a gifted chess player; she’s also making waves in the techno scene, recently playing at Berlin’s Ritter Butzke, where the "Kick It" music video was filmed. A close friend of Fckng Serious, she perfectly balances Fckng and Serious with her passion for chess by day and her skills behind the decks by night.

Julian Wassermann: A New Chapter with Fckng Serious and "Tunnel"
Julian Wassermann, the latest addition to Fckng Serious, is kicking off his musical highlight of the year as early as April. With "Tunnel", the 36-year-old Munich-based producer and live act is releasing the first single from his debut album, set to drop at the end of the year.
"Tunnel" is defined by a pulsating bass lead that evolves into a striking bassline through a Moog filter. The delicate hi-hat contrasts intriguingly with the overall soundscape, adding a unique dynamic to the track. The single strikes the perfect balance between melodic techno and old-school techno—a style Julian played in clubs at the start of his career. Subtle atmospheric sounds, which he recorded himself during a walk, blend seamlessly into the arrangement, giving the track an almost organic depth.
For Julian, "Tunnel" is one of the peak-time tracks from his upcoming album and has already become a staple in his live sets.
The single drops on April 11 across all digital platforms. We're excited for the musical journey ahead with Julian this year—and, most of all, for his highly anticipated debut album!

Frieder & Jakob are back with their new single "Pick Your Poison", following their recent collaboration "+100" with label boss and close friend Boris Brejcha. The release comes in two versions: the original mix and a special intro version – the one the duo regularly uses to open their sets, from their India tour in Pune, Goa, and Hyderabad to club shows across Germany and Europe.
Their schedule remains packed: after the upcoming Fckng Serious Bus Tour with eight club stops across Germany, Frieder & Jakob will join Boris Brejcha on his Reflections Tour through South America at the end of the year. Despite the intense touring, the two producers continue to find time for the studio – and there’s plenty more to come from them before the year is over.
Out on October 24, "Pick Your Poison" captures the raw and energetic side of Frieder & Jakob. The track blends a powerful, strong bassline with sharp percussions and a hypnotic lead melody that builds tension from the very first beat. It’s a perfect reflection of their current sound – harder, more driving, and made to lift the crowd into full motion. While their earlier releases leaned toward melodic house and vocal-driven atmospheres, "Pick Your Poison" is pure dancefloor energy: a track that doesn’t wait to build up slowly, but hits straight with rhythm, groove, and attitude.

Deniz Bul returns with a brand new EP titled “Shape Of Sound.” After his latest singles “Code” together with Julian Wassermann and “Is This Real,” Deniz is now releasing a three track EP that showcases his groovier and more house inspired side, the sound fans know well from his DJ sets. Besides the track “Shape Of Sound,” the EP also features “Tell Me You Want Me” and “Can’t Stop,” the latter a collaboration with TYGR TYGR, available both as a vocal version and a Dub Mix. 5 years of Fckng Serious, 5 years a team, 5 years a passion and 5 years a community. 

The crew around Boris Brejcha's label has done amazing things in the past 5 years and is now celebrating their anniversary. A compilation with tracks of the four artists will be released on 07.08.20. The special thing about it: Besides the digital compilation with many tracks, there will also be a limited vinyl with the four favourite tracks of the artists. The label has come up with something special for the cover. The cover will be designed personally by all artists. How this will look like, is still a secret. But we already know that it will be something special. 

The head of the label, exceptional artist Boris Brejcha, founded the label Fckng Serious 2015. The members were quickly determined: His friends Ann Clue, Deniz Bul and the duo Theydream are signed on his label. Countless label nights and concerts followed. All over the world. All artists produce their own music and attach great importance to musical quality. After two successful bus-tours through Europe, as the first electronic label worldwide, they have gained international fame and have inspired loyal fans all over the world. 

"Each of the artists has developed further in recent years and has achieved great things. I am very proud of our crew," says label boss Boris. 

This did not go unnoticed. The artists have been booked at major festivals such as Time-Warp, Awakenings, Exit, Sea You etc. and continue to delight the masses. The likeable troupe is a family and the future holds great things in store for them - for sure.

Matching the latest release "Equilibrium" by Swiss duo Theydream, on Fckng Serious, a Remix EP with four remixes by great artists is going to be released. The edits have been contributed by artists of the label itself as well as by artists who have not yet released on Fckng Serious. An important feature: Label boss Boris Brejcha himself also contributes his share to this EP. The label is especially happy about this because Boris hasn't released on FS since his deal with Ultra.

Ann Clue, Boris Brejcha, Frost, and Moritz Hofbauer have all given this extraordinary track their very own touch and so four completely different songs were created which have their very own strengths.

With Frost, Theydream got a new star in the techno heaven by their side, who has already released on Anjunadeep and Mau5trap and whose songs are streamed several million times. The Australian even got support from Pete Tong on Radio BBC 1.

Ann Clue delivers as always. The techno diva, who has been under contract with Fckng Serious since the beginning of time, supports her label colleagues in her usual techno-heavy manner with a remix that is suitable for all dancefloors.

Moritz Hofbauer is the second external artist to make his debut on FS with this remix and is convincing beyond all measure. The young DJ practiced early on and his productions are not only presented by him at big festivals, but also appear regularly in sets of well-known DJs like Aka Aka, Township Rebellion, or Dirty Doering.
