This set was recorded live at a Halloween afterparty sometime in the deep dark recesses of the night, somewhere in the deep dark recesses of a basement in Cambridge. Ravey sounds and chugging basslines throughout, there's many tracks in here that deserve a wheelup.

The Darkness Of Future Past

llit arrived in Michigan in the summer of 2021 and since then made waves with the collective KULT that he and his friends (including dieSagar) started. From raves in dark basements to sunny open airs and an ambient concert in a church, they explored a wide range of music that can be heard live. These gatherings of love and dance inspired this EP. We are constantly faced with transformations in our lives and music is one way to process them. “The leaves have fallen” is about accepting changes in our life when they come our way and how we can heal through this acceptance. The dark sounds of “Desire” express the strong urges that desire creates in us. “Tende” and “The bat who wanted to see the sun” are bangers for the dancefloor that will get your feet moving when played on a proper soundsystem. Come on this journey with llit and get ready to be transformed.
