Our 22nd White Label release is a special collection of pure house music crafted by California-based producer Jared Jackson. This four track project is stitched together with rolling bass lines, progressive melodies and an eclectic array of vocal samples. Infusing his own hip-hop and funk elements with deep house and UK garage-style percussion, Jackson gives us four original tracks with heavy rhythms intended for the dance floor.

Leipzig based producer M.ono has not only released tracks on labels like Dirt Crew and Defected, he also already made an extremely tasty appearance on Suol with his wonderfully sunny groover “Waffelhaus” on our “Hallo Montag” compilation a couple of months ago.
So now it’s high time he released his very own EP with us – and here it is.

The “Mountain Game” EP opens with “Chunk Is Captured”, where warm harmonies slowly fade in on top of a fat disco groove before the bass line makes it very clear that we are here to party. As the filter frequency on the looping piano chords goes up, so do everybody’s hands while rim shots and hi-hats set the pace. One more blissful breakdown and we happily let the funky stabs carry us to the end.

Copenhagen's Dorsi Plantar makes his return to Better Listen Records following last year’s springtime favorite, 'Everlast', with his latest work titled the 'Tack Farsan' EP, which features the smooth jazz house cut 'Besitos'.

As the label describes: "'Tack Farsan' is a balanced sample-driven EP intended to milk the last of summer’s flavors for the dancefloor’s enjoyment. The top side hosts sunny disco affairs in the release’s title track, and a polished collab with label mate Sune. The logo side, on the other hand, explodes into deeper, latin ventures."

The 'Tack Farsan' EP is set for release October 12.
