Get Some is a serious meeting of minds, pairing Banished Beats head honcho Exile with Our Sound label owner The Garfield for a drum & bass workout built that does exactly what it says on the tin. Rolling low-end and tight, purposeful drums drive the track, while the vocal hook cuts through with just enough attitude to keep things raw, focused, and locked to the rave 🙌🏻

This release marks The Garfield’s first collaboration and his debut outside of Our Sound, making it a standout moment for both camps. As soon as we heard how the collab had landed, Get Some felt like a natural fit for Banished Beats - energetic and vibey from the offset with impact crafted to perfection. Park Shadow is the project of Finnish producer Joonas Lehtinen, a figure whose roots stretch back to the late '90s Tracker era (where many early seminal OG jungle / D&B tracks were first rooted production wise). A very personal vision of drum and bass, this project reflects a balance between natural formlessness and urban grit.

Park Shadow has (to date) released music on established labels such as Metalheadz, Dispatch, Straight Up Breakbeat, DSCI4, and Utopia Music.

Across 2 releases (in sequence) for Dispatch Blueprints, Park Shadow delivers music born from instinct - capturing a feeling in the moment of their creation, untouched by calculation or compromise. Preserving that raw spark of creation, while paying homage to the foundations of jungle and drum & bass.

Continuing the saga, Addictive Behaviour's Rotation LP spins round once again bringing with it a multitude of talent from across the globe. Previous iterations of the esteemed Rotation series have featured a mix of rising and emerging artists alongside AB faves and regulars. This fourth instalment doesn't break tradition, bringing with it an abundance of fresh new names alongside some very recognisable pseudonyms.

However the one vast difference in this year's offering is the size of the album. The Rotation roster has certainly grown year on year, but where past editions have featured between 8 and 14 tracks this year's offering will be stacked to the brim with an epic 26 brand new cuts curated from over 30 top drawer, future thinking artists who each bring their own unique blend to the table.

Rotation Four is a colourful display of varied styles showcasing an inspiring array of music making skillsets but all of which express that familiar Addictive sound and high levels of production.
