Welcome!  We arrive at the centre of the Energy Channels: The Heart  — Anahata Chakra, which is the most important of all.  

This Chakra is where we invite infinite love, joy and happiness to flow through us.  The message of Anahata Chakra is this:  Love is the answer to everything, when we love ourselves… Only then can we share love and compassion for all living creatures!

Welcome to our fifth energy centre: The Throat - Vishuddhi Chakra. The fifth Chakra is the centre that governs our speech and creative expression.  It is through our throat that we speak our choices, and depending on how clear or muddled this chakra is, it will determine how you relate to yourself and to others.  

The message of the Vishuddhi Chakra is this:  “I am truly free when I speak my truth”

This is where we connect to the mental plane of our existence.  Our dreams, goals, values and our “Self” image all begin here!  Through the third Eye, we begin to understand that all events in our life happen for a reason and we see everything for what it is, not as we think it is.

At a recent conference in Sarasota Florida, Shahabuddin read a text written by Tibetan Guru Padmasambhava who brought Buddhism to Tibet in the 8th Century. “The Yoga of Knowing the Mind” is a text for which Shahabuddin is famous among his students around the world.

The translation he uses is from The Tibetan Book of the Great Liberation by W. Y. Evans-Wentz. It's recommended that students read the piece aloud for 40 days, or 100 days, or even more, to gain full benefit of the teaching that is set forth there.
