PREMIERE : Sensetive5 – Heartbeat (Extended Mix) [Topgun Prime]

Beyond the incredible venue, production, and beautiful collection of humans, there were three things that made set this extra special for me: opening the room to an empty dance floor, having the DJ booth in the center of the room, and playing the most original music I’ve played in a set. 

I rarely get to build a room from zero anymore, so I took great pleasure in playing records early on that are subtler, slowly building tension as people trickled into the venue. Having the booth in the center made it much easier for me to sense what the people sonically needed as the night progressed - we all were locked in for the last hour. 

I also blended the ambient room sounds with the mixer output capture the spirit of the night. You’ll hear the excitement of the crowd match the energy crescendo. When I listen to the set, it almost feels like I’m transported back to the party. 

It a very special gig, and I’m grateful to Robot Heart for having me play.

It was an absolute treat to perform this set at the Robot Heart residency. A fantastic space with excellent sound, closely situated to Burning Man's physical roots, celebrating a broad creative spectrum of music, lighting, and physical installation art — what's not to love? 

It was the perfect setting to debut this "A/Vfib Live" show. After 20+ years of making dance music and 10+ years working on LED art, the concept of a singular integrated performance of original audio-visual content had been slowly gathering steam in my mind. 

With this opportunity, the moment finally felt right. Huge gratitude to the whole Robot Heart team and the Defibrillator lighting crew for creating such a unique multi-media canvas to play on, for trusting me to explore new material, and for fostering so much creative development along the way. Special thanks to @shafferj for "seeing the light" many years ago and steadily encouraging this work ever since, from freezing our asses off shooting photos at night to developing supremely cozy butt-warming interior lighting environments.

The dust gets in everything. Your clothes. Your heart. Your mind. Decompression this year felt fine until I had a moment to myself, to settle in and reflect on a truly immersive burn. Suddenly the dust came pouring out.

In this day, where most of our Familial connections are sustained across borders through digital wires, the value of having, even for a brief period of time, so much Family within biking distance is immeasurable. As our Families scatter to the winds across the land and sea again, I'm immensely grateful for each moment of ephemeral playa serendipity and for that brief feeling of being truly at Home.

For Sezer Uysal, finding the right touch is more instinctual than voluntary. With half a dozen remixes and original productions reaching Beatport’s coveted Top 100 Progressive House, Tech House, and Deep House charts, his ability in the studio has garnered attention from some of the most renowned titans of the industry.But it’s all just the beginning for the young 28 year-old. With upcoming originals and remixes on Suara, Hope Recordings and his own Sensorium Music, combined with festival and club dates across Europe and Asia, Sezer Uysal finds himself on the eve of worldwide ascendancy.

In 2010 his successful track “Singing In The Bathtub”, which reached the 1st position of Beatport’s Deep House Chart for 3 months and main Beatport’s Top 100 chart for weeks. Also his remix for Steve Duda stayed at Beatport’s Top Prog 10 for some weeks. His debut 'Space & Fears' on Suara reached 35th position at techno charts. Also his collabration track “Cyngus” with The Big Cat Coyu is just reached to 18th position on beatport tech house charts.
