This is my first album and written from my own history with love. Love is intoxicating, almost as if the more you get. The more careless you become with it. In these moments we tend to throw caution out the window and race towards comfort. Only to regret it later but while in the moment, love is the only thing that matters. I wrote this song trying to get over a traumatizing relationship. A year after the breakup and the emotional wounds finally start to scar. Although the healing process from the breakup is almost complete, the scars are still constant reminders of all the damage. The song is about me fighting with old memories trying to let go.
