A new episode of Connecting Souls on Proton Radio. With this month the friendly dutch duo Callecat with a guest mix.

Callecat is the musical fusion between two Dutch guys who share their passion for music, coffee and cats. They have both been DJing separately and together they have more than 30 years of international DJ experience in various genres. In 2017, the duo started collaborating for some studio work, inspired by artists like Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Eelke Kleijn and Guy J. This resulted in lots of fun and releases on Manual Music, 3rd Avenue, MNL, Magnitude Recordings, Future Avenue, Bevel Rec, Concrete Kin and 8music. As they share a passion for progressive deep house, they strive to bring you a warm and melodic sound.

Our journey takes us back to Buenos Aires, and the home of a naturally gifted DJ/Producer duo. No stranger to our decks, PFG we are delighted to present the return... of Oliver & Tom.


"Music transcends us all," that's what Oliver & Tom, comprised of Andrés Martynowicz and Mauricio Infiesta, is all about.

This duo’s symbiosis originated in their childhood. Growing up together, they shared diverse musical experiences in rock and pop bands, where Andrés excelled in the electric guitar and Mauricio in the acoustic drums. A few years later, both continued their studies but now choosing the piano and synthesizer as their main instruments of production and giving rise to the creation of the electronic music group "Oliver & Tom."

The two Argentinian producers found their way to Progressive House in 2017 when they signed their first tracks with the famous and very prestigious label "The Soundgarden," founded by current legend of the genre, Nick Warren.
Their style can be defined as incorporating groove and emotions in their tracks. “O&T'' have had remarkable releases on imprints such as Balance, Mango Alley, Plaisirs Sonores, Soundteller, Hoomidas, onedotsixtwo to name a few.

These releases have gained heavy support from Guy J, Hernan Cattaneo, Mariano Mellino and more. Besides releasing on multiple labels, they also run their own monthly podcast named "Dreams of Light''.

Oliver & Tom create a musical alternative and a sound of their own, that seeks to remain at the highest levels of Progressive House. Please stay tuned for future releases, and enjoy the mix x
