Lighthearted piece based on an illuminated letter of a fishman in Aberdeen City Archives UNESCO recognised medieval burgh registers. It depicts sunrise on the the River Dee followed by an energetic darting dance of the fishman before he swims out to sea. The main "theme" is based on the line of text featuring the fishman - "Hic incipit liber processuum curiarum tenta pro balliuos".
