He started his musical production in early 2019, even though he started producing so early, he gained the experience needed to release tracks on labels like Vandalism Musique, Podvodo Records, and many more. Gyres, on his real name Adrien Vullo, started mixing in Romania in 2013 and co-founded the experimental label ESITU records upon his return to Lille, France in 2016. Since then, he has been experimenting with field recording and live performance with the Fragments project, and hosting the hybrid radio show 194 FAR, which blends literary chronicles on science-fiction and their musical reinterpretations on Station station, the web radio of the French club La Station. Lately, he has been curating breakbeat/minimal/abstract/tech-house playlists derived from an imagined setting or situation.

Nektar Agu is a DJ and a producer that created his musical mark in a way that his tracks and sets managed to gather just the right pieces of an electronic music puzzle. His music is described by the techno music with minimalist IDM break sounds, dissonant and harmonic pads, knitting the suitable texture of a memorable dancefloor experience.
His first EP named “Bad Habits” was released in 2013 by renowned Berlin label Sleep is Commercial.
The upwards and onwards results of his work attracted the appreciation and support of many important artists such as Seth Troxler, Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati, Latmun, Blond:ish, Franco Cinelli, Mihai Popoviciu, Bella Sarris, Arapu, Barac, Nu Zau, S.A.M., Cesar Merveille, Rossko, among others.

Over the past five years, Melodie has injected the scene with a vibrant, fresh sound, incorporating new influences and exploring new terrain. His polished, and continually forward-thinking productions, can be found on coveted releases across some of the scene’s most respected labels: Metereze, RORA, and Vivus, among many others. While his output positioned him at the vanguard of a new wave of Romanian talent, Melodie’s biography offers only a small glimpse of dedication to his craft. We are incredibly honored to welcome Melodie to our podcast series with two hours recorded from his set Saturday 9th of March 2019 at Club Eden. The podcast is a testament to Melodie’s ability to create a sense of coherence amidst vast stylistic and emotional diversity.
