For all the black gold lovers, Baile Musik proudly presents very first vinyl series that will be in stores in summer 2014. This massive V.A. features four tracks by Fresh Juice members Crocodile Soup, Jessica Diaz and Monika Ross including a guest appearance by the Dutch beauty Lilith.
While Jessica Diaz and Crocodile Soup represent their dark side with some heavy bass, Lilith ́s track builds a bridge to Monika Ross, showing the opposite with a very jazzy tune for the happy situations in life. Crocodile ́s „L ́homme mystere“ is all about the grooving bassline that steps through rainy territory in an atmosphere of an Italian gangster movie that finds its climax in a mysterious phone call.
Miss Diaz ́s „Tres“ keeps on that flavor charged with some typical dub sounds and vocal whispers here and there that keep the experience going on. If you listen close you will hear all the little noisy details snap- ping in your eardrums from all directions. While those two are four to the floor groove based tracks, Lilith and her „mani Padme“ comes along with some super cool drums paired with a sad mood in an experimental ambience of arabic voices and chants; a pure masterpiece if you like endless rhythm within a story of love and faith.
„Madame Magic“, produced by Fresh Juice member Monika Ross, completes this release with its tech-house beat enriched with melodic parts that make you feel like you are sitting in a jazz-café. You can hear the people talking in the atmosphere while the groove carries you through the story in a very smooth manner.
All in all this vinyl is a great and round package packed with quality music for the early and later hours. It will definitely make people move on the floor with nothing but groovy minimal and tech-house.

Rising producer Mineo has taken the underground by storm over the past year having unleashed an array of highly praised material via the likes of Crosstown Rebels, Hot Creations, Hypercolour and Southern Fried Records. Here we see Mineo add yet another driving force in contemporary electronic music to his affiliations, namely Leftroom which offers up this new three-tracker via its Ltd sub-label.

Mineo opens things up with title-cut ‘Disappear’, employing weighty rhythms and stuttering sub-bass tones to lay the foundations, while glitching synth licks instil an entrancing hooky feel, and an amalgamation of spoken-word vocal chops are intricately processed over the cuts five and half minutes.

Following is ‘Starts With A Kick’, taking things in a more stripped, understated direction with dreamy atmospherics and organic percussive lines running alongside whirring synth drones and Bhutanese vocal loops. Then last up to round off the package is ‘Starts With A Beat’ and as the name would suggest Mineo tips the focus on raw and gritty drum sounds here, while an earth-shattering, mesmeric sub-bass line hooks you in and keep you there for a near seven-minutes while murmuring vocals meander around the groove

His music resonates with the rhythms of everyday life: produced by big iron apparatuses that cross the sky, by voices that yell through speakers in giant halls, by machines of border security and control, the thinly clipped nagging noise of internet spam coming out of unpleasantly limited computer speakers… El Rudo del House gets rid of all elements that are not made to move your body by:

Shouting out Agarrate que vai a salir volando! (Hang on, or you gonna fly off!)
Warning you that There’s an elephant in your House!
Teaching you a dance that is called El Volcanico (The Volcanic).
Declaring the disco to be Tomada! (Taken over!).
El Rudo Del House takes over the club and reclaims its space for the dancers!

Luciano’s Cadenza Lab keeps up heat with a collaborative EP from rising stars Pablo Marco and Hash Hendrex. 

Hendrex, originally from Florida, has embraced the Vagabond lifestyle with stints in Ibiza, London and now Bucharest, working the dancefloors across Europe and beyond.  Pablo Marco has been busy with his own projects, having previously produced for labels like Fathers & Sons and Kina Music, as well as a range of music for art galleries, contemporary dance and film. 

‘Time’ finds the duo entering cinematic territory, exploring the solid groove over the course of 10 minutes.  Haunting vocals phase in and out, ethereal pads loop to perfection, whilst the bubbling bass line keeps the track dancefloor focused.  Perfect warm up vibes…

The second collaborative effort, ‘Who’, adds more energy to the release with a pulsing bottom end and bright and snappy percussion building the foundations for an inventive and hypnotising club cut. 

‘Plant City’ finds Hash Hendrex take the reins on this solo composition; a heavyweight break beat underpins the chilled aesthetics of the song, with its swirling pads and dense ambient vibes cutting through the industrial sized beats.
